Your culinary adventure begins with a 25-minute water taxi ride from the Homer Harbor across Kachemak Bay to the dock at Rutka Bay Lodge. The unique setting offers inspiration to explore Alaska's regional products featuring local seafood including halibut, salmon, crab and famous Kachemak oysters. The best of of Alaska's seaonal ingredients are available including homegrown vegetables, berries, mushrooms, Alaska honey, and other local fare.
